Meet Danielle
Danielle DeFeo
Chief Creative Officer & Co-Founder
Danielle DeFeo is a Crystal Coast native and a graduate of North Carolina State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Textile Management from the College of Textiles, with a concentration in Brand Management and Marketing and a minor in Art and Design from the College of Design. A named University Scholar, she was accepted to NC State’s Master of Science program in Textiles, and rounded out her studies with international design and product sourcing in Ghana, Paris, Marrakech, Perth, and Prague.
Over a decade, she has shaped hundreds of homes from the Crystal Coast to Raleigh, Charlotte, and beyond, guiding new construction selections, full-service furnishings, mechanical walkthroughs, vendor coordination, presale buyer management, and renovation design. Her work reflects an appreciation for timeless architecture, refined materials, and the quiet luxury of homes that feel both sophisticated and deeply livable.
She founded Studio DeFeo to bring a single, steady design voice to every stage of a home, supported by deep local relationships across builders, trades, and vendors, and a point of view that is warm, capable, and quietly confident.
